New York State’s Liquor Authority only allows us to accept return on wines and spirits that are defective. For any such defective returns we can offer a replacement of the same item, a credit card refund (with a valid receipt) or a store credit. Any wines that are five years or older are purchased at the Buyer’s risk and not subject to refund or return.
We will accept returns on unopened bottles of spirits to the store, with original sales receipt, for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Proper storage is integral to the quality of wines and sakes, after sale we are not in control of an item’s storage, and as such we cannot issue a refund for wines or sakes.
